Did you know that before you were born God chose you to live a life that far surpasses anything you could have envisioned or dreamed for yourself? A life full of peace, joy and overcoming victory! But in order to step into that fullness we need to allow God to love us right where we are, to build us up, bind up our broken hearts and to heal us from the inside out.

Safe & Sound is much more than a place to find healing; it's a place to get established in your identity, freed from the lies and constraints of the enemy and receive the strength to run in all God has called you to do. Whether that's to heal from the effects of childhood trauma, become a better parent or to start a new career or ministry (or step back into one). Sometimes we need a fresh perspective to find out what's stopping us from reaching our goals and to reintroduce us to who we are in Christ.

When we grow up in turmoil we get disconnected from ourselves and often end up a reflection of the very things that we are trying to escape. We become hostile to our own hearts, hardened toward comfort and unable to receive the compassion we so desperately need. Like a parched and cracked landscape that can't absorb the fresh rain when it finally comes, the blessings and kind intentions of those around us and even our creator collect on the surface, unable to be received. The wounds we received as children influence our inner world, distort the voice of the Father and give the enemy a place to build strongholds of lies, torment and false beliefs in our souls.

The glorious news is that God is so much bigger than your biggest problem, and His love so much deeper than our deepest wounding. He is able and willing to reach into the mess of emotions and confusion and create in us clean hearts; free of the enemie's toxic lies. To offer you a place of safety in the heart of Jesus and a sound mind as you hear the sound of God's heart for you, so that you can become that place of safety for yourself and those around you. I believe that this simple dream will break generational curses rooted in trauma and restore the hearts and minds of individuals who are destined to overcome.
