My name is Lexi and I help equip people to heal from the inside out and empower them to thrive instead of just survive.

Here is a little about my story:
​
For years I struggled to walk out the abundant life that God had promised me, in fact, I wasn't even aiming for 'abundant', I would have happily settled for a little peace. I spent the majority of my life trapped in narcissistic relationships, insecurity, destructive mindsets and spiritual cycles that kept me side lined, derailed, in a place of hope-deffered and spinning my wheels in frustration. At times I had no clue who I was and what God was calling me to do and because of the effects of trauma I had endured I was vulnerable to the onslaught of the enemy's lies. I was convinced I'd never recover from my past, I was filled with self hatred and I had so much toxic shame that I couldn't stand to allow people to love me in any sense because unworthiness would cause me to run and hide. I was also deeply trapped in freeze mode with no clear direction in life, many days I just wanted to die. BUT GOD. Slowly and intentionally God began to reparent me and heal the deep places of wounding in my heart that were crying out for his touch. He miraculously healed the effects of PTSD in my physical brain, delivered me from various addictions and took me on a journey of encountering His heart for me in such intensity that it completely transformed me from the inside out.
Over the past 9 years He has healed me, trained me and raised me up to walk in overcoming victory and now He has called me to help others do the same. Lexi is a wife, mom to three beautiful kids, a writer, prophetic voice and an inner healing minister on a mission to see sons and daughters radically set free from the lies and trauma that hinder them from walking in ALL that Jesus died for them to have. She flows in word of wisdom where the Holy Spirit will reveal practical tools and strategies for breakthrough in the lives of those she works with.

Lexi has over six years of experience in ministering inner healing and has undergone numerous trainings to hone her skills including sozo basic training, The Compassion Project, The Father Series and The Fully Alive Immersion Program under Justin and Abi Stumvol Consulting. She works with individuals and couples to see relationships restored, families healed and hearts made whole.
